the isms of a Cretan poet

I was caught
For a second
A fish in a net
Met by your face
Almond eyes
A rope tight
The moment
When we hovered
The Musician
With the Poet
And I played in your eyes
And you danced in mine
A lake of swans
Heels over
Tumbling into
The luckiest life
My oh my!
When ‘Hello’ you said
And ‘Hello’ said I
Never a ‘Goodbye’
Surrounded we are
As well worn stones
In a river swelled mirror
Reflecting so well
The ripples of our lives
The most glistening faces
The moment caught over
A Love
A Loving
And Loved
